The RAISE Community Challenge Lab is an interactive session designed to bring together researchers, AI experts, research infrastructure providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss real-world challenges in AI-enabled scientific research. The insights gathered during the session will contribute to shaping the future RAISE Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) and the broader European AI in Science ecosystem.
During the hands-on session on Thursday 15 October (09:20 – 10:30 IST), you will work in groups to discuss the challenges you face, or observe, in the use of AI in science. Together, you will explore possible solutions and reflect on how existing or new policies could help enable and support their adoption.

The AI in Science Summit will convene scientists from various scientific domains, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to explore the transformative impact of AI in scientific discovery and how Europe can drive it with a distinctive and responsible approach.
