The Project Handbook covers the project implementation procedures and structures and sets out key responsibilities for the engagement and interaction with relevant stakeholders and the European Commission. The Project Handbook also explains how the consortium will achieve the project objectives, the oversight by the project management team of the partners’ progress on specific tasks, and the timely delivery of project results.
